- Check-in is at 1200 hrs & check-out is at 1200 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged extra.
- We accept all major credit cards; as per RBI guidelines, entering your ATM PIN is mandatory when using a credit or debit card at the hotel.
- In the absence of arrival details, a reservation is held as guaranteed only until 1500 hrs.
- Confirmation of rooms is subject to availability. We may need to shift you to a similar or higher room category.
- Tariff for group bookings and conferences is available on request.
- Breakfast outside designated hours (6:00am–10:00am) is charged on an à la carte basis.
- Cancellation Policy — cancelling within 72 hrs of arrival incurs a fee equal to the full length of stay originally booked.
- No-Show Policy — a retention charge equal to the full length of stay booked applies for a no-show or non-materialised booking.
- Guarantee Policy — all bookings must be guaranteed at reservation by a credit card.
- Deposit Policy — full advance deposit for the entire stay is required to confirm the reservation.
- Extra Bed Policy — maximum occupancy of 1 additional adult.
- Child Policy — two children up to 6 years and one child aged 6–12 may stay in the parents’ room; an extra bed is provided at extra charge.
- Guests must carry valid photo identification with residential address (passport, driving licence, voter ID or Aadhar card). PAN card is not accepted as ID. Foreign guests require a valid passport and visa.
